"Outstanding Service"

Brilliant! Friendly, informative and very helpful service - and this was prior to placing an order. Quality products and prices so competitively priced that other national and local suppliers were unable to beat them. Took delivery of my order yesterday for a granite sink. Driver arrived before expected time, was polite, efficient and quality-checked everything with me before leaving. Highly recommended if you're looking for anything to do with your kitchen or bathroom. What a pleasure it has been to deal with people who not only care about the products they are selling but, more importantly, about helping their customers make informed choices to obtain just what they want at prices they are happy to pay. a pity that on visiting, a member of the public could not view the goods available, but only ask to see a specific item. But, since this is "geared" to the trade, not entirely surprised.

"Great easy purchase - not so sure on the sink"

I received great help both by e-mail and on the phone prior to and during the purchase.
The delivery chap (John) was great.He phone the night before the delivery and arrived as promised.

The downside is the sink itself (Winchester 1.0 single bowl ceramic).

When the new tap was fitted, they lean to the right - and it really spoils the look. The trouble is that the ceramic sink has not been manufactured completely level. Of course, as i chose to have the tap hole pre-cut i cannot send it back !!!

I found the perfect sink for the small space in my kitchen on this site with it's easy way to search. I was called so that a delivery time could be arranged and it was explained that as I lived on the second floor the delivery man would leave it in the hallway downstairs. 'Oh dear' I thought, 'how will I get it upstairs?' But within the allotted time the nice delivery man arrived with it on my doorstep and I was very happy!
The sink is made of granite a kind I hadn't seen before but it is perfect and I am thrilled with it. Thank you

"Very helpful staff who did their best to reslove a proble."

I ordered a double bowl stainless steel sink complete with necessary plumbing kit. It arrived on the date that the company had said it would, no problem. Two days later my plumber came to fit the sink only to discover that several key componenets of the plumbing kit were missing. He telephoned customer services whi made a note of what was needed and said they would be sent out immediately. I waited a whole week during which time I was without a kitchen sink! It took three phone calls to get the problem sorted but on each occasion the customer services staff were faultless and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. A good customer liaison goes a long way towards creating a good buying experience. From this standpoint, sinks-taps.com have got it right!

Thankyou so much for the excellent service that we received .We were updated on our order frequently and when our order arrived the delivery man was very helpful and happy .That made such a differnce as with other companies this has not been as positive.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Sinks -taps.com. The sink we ordered was not in stock but we were given clear communication on when it would arrive and sinks-taps made several phone calls in order to deliver the sink as soon as possible. The staff I spoke to on the phone were very polite and phoned back when they said they would and the driver who delivered the sink was also very pleasant and on time. Overall very satisfied with the service.
