Many thanks, my delivery arrived today within 24 hours of your notification. On inspection the goods were in perfect condition. I was pleasantly surprised to find that you had inspected them yourselves prior to dispatch, that the correct taps were received, that the cost was so favourable. This is all to your credit as another big company I have dealt with online sent wrong goods, goods not as described as on their website, deliveries all over the place and customer care virtually non existent thus causing us inconvenience and frustration. I appreciate your efficiency and are sorry I did not find your web site sooner! Thanks again,

"excellent service & great packaging"

Just to thank you sinks-taps for providing such a good service. I'm always a bit nervous about ordering from companies online for the first time, but this was an excellent experience: prompt, courteous service, brilliant (and cheap) shipping, and the most secure packaging I think I've ever seen. all in all, a great service. Everything arrived earlier than anticipated (which is quite a feat in this day & age) - the sink and tap have now been installed and look fab. I did have to send back a plumbing kit as my plumber had already supplied this and even that went smoothly!

"Very disappointing"

The tap I ordered arrived quickly but wasn't suitable for our existing sink.
It was very well packaged and arrived in A1 cond.
I rang customer service to arrange to return the tap they said they could pick it up for £20. (I paid £4.95 for delievery originally) They sent me an e-mail with return process which said you must confirm it was in A1 cond when you returned it and you must insure it. I returned it in the original packaging which had foam all around it and it was not damaged. Today they have phoned to say it has a scratch on it and must of got damaged in transit and they can't refund and I will need to claim of the courier.
I cant see how it would get scratched with foam all around it and it was also in a box. I think they just don't want to refund. Anyone else returned taps and had this experience.

It's easy to complain when a service or product is not up to scratch but people tend not to give praise for excellence. The staff I've had contact with have had a first class customer service attitude and have been most helpful. In particular I'd like to thank Michael at the Wakefield branch for all his help in this matter. His customer service focus was second to none. The experience I have had with your sinks-taps.com will no doubt mean that I shall be returning, as and when I need products you provide, and I have also no hesitation in recommending you to others. I went to the sinks-taps.com website after being badly let down by another on-line supplier. I bought the same item that I had previously tried to buy from tapcente.com. At sinks-taps.com, I found the same tap at a better price, but the main reason for my 5-star rating is the incredibly efficient way in which my order was processed, and the lightning fast dispatch, which had the tap delivered to my home within 2 days of my on-line order. Excellent service, good price, and fast, reliable delivery. What more could I ask for? I have no connection with the Company, apart from being a satisfied customer.

Their website is easy to navigate and gives a lot of useful technical specifications for products. Orders are confirmed immediately with full details. My order was delayed, but my worried email to Sinks-taps.com received a reply within minutes. This gave an explanation and a revised estimated date of dispatch which proved accurate. After another email from them announcing dispatch, the order arrived the following morning , beautifully packed by them in an additional box. Total time order-to-arrival-of-goods: 7 working-days. An excellent firm.

I found the product I wanted very easily on this site. Great images and fantastic level of detail. I called the techincal help line and was very suprised to find a member of staff who was polite, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions without feeling like I was taking too much of their time! What a nice change to find a company who obviously value customer service. The prices were the best I could find and the service A1! The tap was delivered within 48 hours and arrived in perfect condition (thanks to the excellent packaging). I'll be back for more in the future! Thanks again
