"AVOID!!"
AVOID!!! Dreadful experience when calling to inform them that we had a tiny part of a Shaws basket waste kit missing. (Overflow piece) I now believe it to be one of the director (whom I can’t name on here) I spoke to from reading previous reviews stating how rude / condescending he had been to others. I did politely ask him for his name but he refused, accused me of being aggressive when I politely expressed that I felt his response to my query was dismissive. My item arrived very poorly packaged and bashed in an old Amazon box ( not what you’d expect when purchasing a premium brand) The goods inside were surprisingly ok but we had a small part missing. He hung up the phone on me and when I called back carried on being rude and verbally provocative!
What a shame that a strong renowned brand like Shaws have a distributor treating customers so poorly.

Had an issue with a hot water ceramic cartridge....thats life,things happen, but this was dealt with very quickly and a replacement sent. Would shop with sinks-taps.com again

We ordered a Franke tap over 2 years ago and unfortunately the tap had a problem. We could not find the order details, but within 5 mins of being on live chat sinks-taps had resent the confirmation email and given me Franke's contact details so we can arrange a replacement.
