"Awful company"
Awful company - website said item was currently available, but with a delivery within 4-6+ weeks...turns out its not available and the '+' means its not actually within weeks, but could take over 6 months to arrive!
When I raised the timeline an issue for us (as moving into a house with a young family - we need a kitchen tap!) and how the clarity of their website was very misleading around these timelines, I was treated to a barrage of abuse on the phone by a member of staff who then refused to let me speak to anyone else and hung up the phone.
They have still not addressed the issue around delivery timelines and appear to not care about how appalling threatening and rude their staff are. Avoid.
Edited to add - as you can see from the reply below - charming company to deal with. Their ‘red banner’ is only visible on website, not on their mobile site (on mobile it’s hidden in a section at the very bottom about product details, not even in the delivery section, which you need to scroll down multiple times and then open to see). But rather than try to find a helpful resolution to this, they have been rude and abusive. A really unpleasant experience and evidence of how poor customer service makes all the difference.

UPDATED TO SAY THAT AFTER CONTACTING THE COMPANY VIA FB, I GOT A QUICK RESPONSE AND THE CORRECT PARTS SHIPPED👍 Ordered a bluci filter tap but tap only last year for my new kitchen. Now ordered complete filter kit but only replacement filter turned up, no fixings nothing. The plumber I paid to install it today could not install it. Out of pocket!!! Order 9979838
