Flat out one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! The training dept should pull the recording and use it as an example of how things should be done. Christina couldn't have been more prepared, through and friendly. If she's not already in line for a promotion or raise, she should be!

When I signed up for SRFax I thought we would be "porting" an existing fax number but we later decided that it would not be best to port the existing fax number at this time. I called support and Felson quickly and efficiently addressed this concern plus he helped me to get a local fax number instead of the toll-free number that was temporarily assigned to us. Very happy with the service and support!

"SRFAX changes your FAX number and advises you after the fact."
Without any warning, I received an email from SRFAX at 7:00 PM that they had changed (past tense) my FAX number and that I should advise the senders of any faxes I receive to the new FAX number that it had changed. This also means that my faxes are being diverted to third parties unknown at my original FAX number. It will take days to notify all senders that my FAX number changed. This behavior by SRFAX turns any advertising containing a FAX number into negative advertising. This action is not HIPAA compliant. All relevant certifications should be removed.
