Customer service, kind agents, my eye doctor made a mistake on my prescription and the wrong glasses were made, even the mistake wasn't on their end they were willing to give me a replacement glasses free of charge. They went above and beyond to make the experience an easy transaction, I been buying from Zeelol this past 3 years and will definitely continue to do so.
