"I tried premium and am now stuck with Naukri spam"

I tried the paid service and it generated lots of low value and irrelevant candidates. The big problem was that they you put you on their email marketing spam lists without any way to unsubscribe.

I have tried 10+ times to unsubscribe and they keep emailing me. Unprofessional and not on these days Naukri!

Stay away.

They send only openings in the mail box which is already visible on jobs feed.Waste of money

I am an employer and I had a horrible experience with Naukri.com. The sales person sold a 5 hot vacancy plan to me saying that I can post 5 vacancies over the year. After posting 3 vacancies my account was decativated. When I asked why , I was told that they have a rule that if a vacancy is posted for more than 3 locations , then it requires extra credit meaning more than one job positing is used. Now please note they do mention this in their 'fine print' but when an employer is creating the posting and selecting locations , nowehere does it throws an alert to you if you select nore than 3 locations that you will be using more than 1 job credit - are you ok with that.

When I told the sales person about this he just threw the fine print in my face.

Don't trust naukri free service it's totally waste and useless service...this fellows create dummy jobs in their portal...u will never receive a single call

I have the paid version as an employer , it is the the most cumbersome and time-consuming platform to use .

Naukari is a good portal.

As on any portal there are some rogue elements there are rogue elements on Naukri as well.

If you are clever enough and your skill in demand you can land good job via Naukri.

Meanwhile, I would refer free portal Eaglefinds for rural candidates and it's completely free to access resume database too.
