I had paid for resume display service on 28/2/23 it's more than 4 workings day on today the 7th march 23, their team member Anupreet proudly informs tmrow is holi holiday, I don't see why your service wasn't activated, let me check on 9th march whatever I can do. I have emailed their customer support for grievance, but no effect except for fantastic sounding words.
Such hopeless turn around times given by their paid service portal.
Here the customer has to run behind them and remind them to start service

I have posted paid advertisement for a very Generic Marketing Role. Experience required is 2 years.
the number of applicants received even after 20 days is just one !! . I have posted this job in a tier two city.
Marketing roles are one of the common roles that gets published everywhere. i have complained to naukri about the low perfomance and they say Job Posting is an open platform, hence applies depend upon job seekers interest.
I have received much higher applicants when i post it on free job boards online

"worst provider as compare to…"

worst provider as compare to indeed.com. I posted one job at a cost of 1920 Rs/- and experience level was 1.5 to 2 year. All i had received was bunch of freshers and their system was showing high relevancy to those applicants. Really dont buy any of their products stay away from this company. Third class provider.

I have taken a plan from Naukri.com after sending money I did not get a positive response.I have called customer care so many times but no positive response .So I can suggest please improve the services.Atleast deliver the service which you are committing to customer.In January I am looking a good plan with a good company
