"Unreliable Service, No Value for Money"
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Naukri.com’s paid services. After purchasing their premium package in July 2024, I had high expectations for professional support to enhance my job search. Unfortunately, two months have passed, and they have completely failed to deliver on their promises. The service has been nothing short of dismal, with minimal communication and no proactive engagement from their team after receiving my payment.
The so-called "dedicated Relationship Managers (RMs)" and after-sales support have been utterly useless. Not once in these two months has the RM reached out to understand my job requirements or check if I have even had any interviews. Despite several follow-ups from my end, they didn’t bother to offer any meaningful assistance. It's frustrating to see that once they secured my hard-earned money, they lost all interest in providing the service they promised. There’s no sense of responsibility or care, making it seem like the company is solely focused on extracting money rather than offering value.
This experience has left me feeling scammed by Naukri.com. Their lack of professionalism and customer support shows they are more interested in exploiting their brand name than actually helping people in their job search. I strongly urge others to stay away from their paid services. It’s a complete waste of time and money—better to stick with free resources, which might actually offer more support than Naukri’s so-called premium services.

Naukri has been a total waste of time and money. It's been 20 days but not a single response.
They told us to change the job description, experience, perks, and skills. We did all that, but it's still a dead zone. We paid good money for this crap!
Their after-sale support is terrible. This whole experience has been awful.

Its worst. Had paid around 18k for 6 months subscription but did not get even a single call. DO NOT WASTE MONEY. They will initially while taking subscription say all the irrelevent to convince you post that they will give all the reasons for you to not get calls such as depends on employer preference, your package is more etc. ultimately you are not getting any calls.

I was assured that purchasing this service would significantly increase my chances of receiving job calls and opportunities relevant to my profile. Unfortunately, despite 30 days passing since the purchase, I have not received any job calls or communication from potential employers.
This situation is disappointing and frustrating, especially since I invested in this service with the expectation of improving my job search. I believe there may be an issue with the service delivery or my profile visibility.
Request for Resolution:
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide an explanation for the lack of results. If there is a problem with my profile or the service, please advise on the necessary steps to rectify it. Additionally, if the service cannot deliver as promised, I would like to request a refund.
Please respond at your earliest convenience with a proposed solution.

i lost my money. i paid RS1500 almost. no refund also.
Not giving me refund. Should escalate this issue to higher authority for fraud .

Overall Naukri.com is good platform for knowledgeful and experienced person. At start for 5-6 years experienced person after internship, this is not good so much but after that it is life changing platform and obviously, we support them for their effort.

Requesting immediate payment while taking too many days to provide service is unacceptable, especially the service quality does not meet their promises. They claim to offer personal relationship managers for assistance, but the line is always busy when I try to contact them. They are taking money without providing the promised level of service.
