Purchased a chair and desk from Best Buy Office Chairs on Monday and arrived next day sharp. Great quality furniture and at a great price, spoke with a member of staff regarding choosing the best product to suit me and was very helpful and knew what they were talking about.
Would definitely recommend Best Buy Office Chairs and will use again.

"Product unknown quality, delivery after sales service dreadful."
I had been having some back pain with the chair that I am using and decided as a treat to buy myself a new office chair for Christmas, so I did my research checked out local companies and so forth and decided that the Luxor 27 stone 24 hour leather faced managers chair was for me and ordered it from best buy who promised swift delivery by the 24th.
All was good I didn't even mind the extra £40 delivery charge to get it to Belfast as the price at £262 was still very good, it didn't arrive as promised but not to worry it will come some time next week. It didn't.
I can't actually review the chair as I never got to sit in it after nearly four weeks of broken promises and delivery dates I had enough and cancelled the order.
All I had been getting was excuses about suppliers, track and trace and brexit, however, if you can't deliver the product then don't take the order on false pretenses or at least indicate that delivery may take some time.

"Excellent Customer Service ..."
Easy to navigate website and a huge choice of chairs, so I finally chose the Wellington High Back Executive model. It was to replace my old 'farmhouse' type wooden chair I've had for years.
The 'Wellington' was a present from my Wife and it was moderately easy to assembled and a joy to sit in at my PC desk. So comfortable, I have actually nestled back and nodded off twice ! 😂
After only a few days of use, my Wife said that the LHS arm padding had gone flat, so she contacted 'Best Buy Office Chairs' and sent off some images. Her query was answered almost immediately, and they agreed that something was not quite right and they would send out a replacement arm.
We were not expecting delivery of the new arm until after the Christmas period and because of the Covid restrictions etc ... but a new set of arms, (a pair, left & right !), were delivered, as promised, within days.
Excellent service and communications from ordering / to delivery / and replacement of arm(s), can't praise them enough for their customer service !
Must go ... I feel a nap coming on ! 😴

I bought a chair from bestbuy-officechairs. Unfortunately, the chair didn't arrive on the day I requested it for, which I think was more to do with the delivery company bestbuy-officechairs use; but in any case, this was not a good start!
However, the subsequent communication I had with them was excellent - they apologised and rescheduled the delivery for another time that suited me and were professional about this.
The chair itself is fantastic! It came assembled as ordered and very well packaged. I can't give 5 stars overall because of the initial mistake regarding delivery, but the service after that mistake and product were excellent. I would use them again.

"No stock, but still take your money and don't even bother telling you"
Placed an order for an office chair and delivery was expected within 3-4 days. About a week later, still no sign of the chair, so I contact the company. They tell me they will call back within an hour, but they didn't. I call back the next day and tell them my order number, and that the chair still hasn't arrived after a week. What do they tell me? They never had it in stock to begin with! They tell me the stock is expected within a week on Tuesday. But why wasn't I informed of this before? Why did I have to call you? No email, nothing. They just took my money despite knowing there was no stock and decided to just keep quiet. Ridiculous. So I give them the benefit of the doubt and wait until the day they told me it was going to be back in stock.
The day arrives and I give them a call for an update on the stock. They answer the phone saying "good afternoon", even though it's very clearly morning. The person on the phone just laughs it off. Have they lost track of time or something? I ask about the chair stock, and now they tell me the stock will actually be coming in tomorrow! At this point, they're having a laugh. I lost all trust in these goons and decided to ask for a refund, which they happily accepted. Still waiting on the money to return into my account as I type this review. I've read a lot of great reviews on this company, so I don't know what went wrong.
If you want to order from here, be careful and ask about stock first, as chances are, products will show up as in stock and available to purchase on the website despite being out of stock, and they won't even bother informing you after taking your money. They make you call them instead. Or better, look elsewhere, because this place is an utter waste of time.

The chair is excellent quality and looks really stylish. Delivery was fast and the chair arrived really well packed. The price of the chair was very reasonable and I had been looking for a white office chair that I could use for at least 8 hours a day for working at home. It is comfortable and offers great support for the back.

My chair arrived and far exceeded expectations it was both handsome and very sturdy -everybogy who has seen it wants one.
Customer service was helpful and courteous.
I spend a great deal of my time sitting and working and felt I deserved the best
