I purchased a sub-£75 chair around 13months ago from these guys and it's been great.
Last week the right arm snapped off while I was getting up and out of the chair.
I contacted their customer service team who were fantastic.
They asked for a photo of the failed part and instantly knew it was a manufacturing issue and would send out a replacement.
They checked for supply and told me I would be waiting until the 14th for them to get stock from their supplier.
However, 3days after first making contact I received a surprise package containing replacement Left and Right arms for my chair.
I would definitely use Bestbuy Office Chairs again.
Thanks a lot guys, you're awesome.

I had a query about the use of the tilt mechanism, which was replied to by customer services immediately, and my problem was resolved. I would recommend this retailer to anyone.

I bought the Consulat Executive Leather Office Chair for just under £200.
The "mech" would not screw onto the bottom of the chair. I contacted customer service who simply responded with a link to a video. It took a couple of more emails with photos of the part next to a measuring tape (to prove it wasn't square as it should have been) for them to acknowledge that the part was actually faulty.
Disappointed with the quality, I asked for them to collect the chair and arrange a refund. It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with their customer services. First of all, they are not polite at all. You will never get a hi or hello from them. Secondly, they never provide any updates. I get told that the chair will get collected today. Then no one turns up and I have to chase them for an update. So far, that's happened three times.
I am hoping someone collects it today. I don't believe they will and will have to arrange it myself and then invoice the company to reimburse the shipping costs. To get a refund, I will most likely have to do a chargeback on my credit card.
I urge you, do not deal with this company.

"I assembled the chair wrong without…"
I assembled the chair wrong without reading the instructions but thanks to their EXCELLENT after sales service they not only talked me through what I should have done, sent me a video to show me how to assemble the chair correctly and checked that I had managed to correct my mistakes and all without a single note of judgement. Great company to buy from. I recommend both their product - chair is great now property assembled - and recommend their staff who have patience, excellent product knowledge and professionalism.
