"AVOID - choose somewhere else!"

Ordered 7 Gel Polishes but only received 5 so emailed them, was ignored so used their web chat, sat waiting for a while but no response until the next day. She told me her laptop was in repair so couldn't read or reply to emails! She then said that if the system says 7 came out then 7 I received. She'd contacted the delivery courier who told her the box was intact and not damaged. She then still argued the fact with me and was now going to check the warehouse CCTV and share it with me. Well guess what, CCTV showed 7 bottles going into my package but she couldn't share because, the last time she did, the customer put it on Facebooking.
I don't believe one word of any of her rubbish - there's only one pc/laptop/tablet/mobile in the whole set up? She managed to speak to my postman about the package? CCTV, if she actually has one watching the packers, knew exactly which package was mine. She wouldn't have been allowed to share CCTV footage anyway due to GDPR regulations and should know that!
I didn't want a refund or any money, just my two missing bottles.

Har handlat tidigare utan problem men den här gången har jag spenderat 800kr på varor jag inte fått och kundservice är totalt usel och har helt slutat svara på email. Kommer aldrig handla här igen.

"Terrible customer service"

Returned £60 of polishes due to the shades not being as advertised, I had proof of postage with images showing they were received at the warehouse, kept being told my return hadn’t been logged on the system, have had to charge back through my bank.

"Excellent quality products"

Excellent quality products. I’m not professional but did an acrylic nail course years ago and do my own nails. I’ve used many brands over the years and I find Naio to be the best I’ve used. The acrylic bonds really well, is strong and doesn’t lift. The range of colours is fantastic and all the products are reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

"Missing products, no refound "

when i placed my order on june 18th i got an email saying i need to shop for at least €150, (I live in Sweden) i emailed back several times with no response. the next email said that if I do not return within 2 days, my order will be cancelled. I got in touch with you via instagram (since i did not get any response over email or the online chat) and got great help adding 4 products so the value exceeded €150.
shortly afterwards I received an email saying "part of my delivery is on its way". I picked up my package and saw that 4 products were missing. when no other delivery has arrived after such a long time and it still says that my order is partially fulfilled when I check the order number on your website, I have again tried to email you without getting through and had to turn to Instagram again.
I have ordered from you several times before and it has always gone as smoothly as possible and I have been very satisfied. I'm not a person who complains, but after the hassle this time and the fact that you now claim that I should have received all my products makes me frustrated and very sad. And when I check my tracking number now the status is changed to ”fulfilled”. I give up now. My money is gone and Im missing a part of my order. It sucks

"Not received order, customer service ignore attempts to contact"

I’ve ordered before and had no problems, however my last order which I placed on 28th June is still yet to arrive. I contacted them 3 times before I got told one item was OOS - I requested a refund on that product and asked for the rest to be shipped. I had to chase the refund twice before it was processed and I’m still waiting for the rest of my order. Most of the time my emails to customer service gets ignored, the rest of the time it’s empty promises saying they will dispatch my order and then don’t. Very disappointing, I love the products but I won’t be ordering again as the customer service is shocking.

"The products are lovely"

The products are lovely! However I made an order in May which I didn't receive. I've been waiting since then for it to get back to them so I can get mt refund. I have tried every way to contact them and have been ignored. This is really upsetting as I would like to repurchase, however I'm not comfortable handing my money over when their customer service is so unreliable.

"Absolutely fabulous products"

Absolutely fabulous products. I love the variety of gel polishes. I have never been disappointed with the colour selection. They always have great deals and a great selection. The colours always look like how they are advertised and are so pigmented. My most favourite brand. If they could make their own lamp for the gels I would be in heaven. The customer service have been very helpful, not that I've had many issues with them. The only reason I have dropped a star is they seem to take a while to respond. If they could improve the response time it would be 10 stars

"Terrible"

Placed an order on 02/05/24 and still not received delivery. Tracking number which was provided does not work so unable to check with courier. I have been chasing this since 09/05/24. I’ve emailed/ messaged on fb/ messaged on Shop app/ messaged on instagram to try and get a refund. Avoid this company.
