"Misleading Website - Poor Customer Service"

I ordered their Medium Speed Acrylic Liquid back in November. Their site states 'ALL NAIO NAILS ACRYLIC MONOMERS ARE:
Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) FREE
HEMA FREE'
Over the last few months I've had issues with itching and swelling on my hands and fingers. I thought maybe it was a reaction to something else. Yesterday I checked all of the ingredients on the nail products I have and one of the ingredients in the acrylic liquid is HEMA, a known allergen.
Upon contacting their customer service I was advised that as my order was placed over a month ago nothing can be done. Irrespective of the fact I'd spent a lot of money on their site they were unable to offer any goodwill gesture or compensation.

I don’t know if anyone else has been having this issue.
But for nearly 2months now I’ve been trying to get soft beige acrylic and it has been sold out of ever size!!! Since the end of November.

I’ve used them several times and the products are always top notch, delivery and customer service is great. I’m not a professional, just enjoy doing my own nails. I use their dehydrator, acid primer and builder gel to build an apex and shape. My nails don’t budge. I work in a lab and wash my hands constantly and they still bond well.

Gel polishes are well pigmented, great consistency and staying power.

Finish and longevity are so much better than anything from Amazon.

At first they forgot my monomer which they ended up sending me one with was fine but whenever I use the monomer and acrylic powder it’s turns gooey and doesn’t stick on the tip I put the monomer in the fridge for about 10 minutes but same the same outcome
