This company has gone so downhill.
0 customer service, a week late with missing And incorrect items!
Ordered from them last week for next day delivery, by Monday i hadn’t received anything not even an update to say it has been dispatched so I messaged them on the shop app, their website and via email multiple times but no response until Thursday telling me an item was out of stock. I reluctantly chose another item for them to replace it with.
My order has arrived today the box was so damaged, packed terribly, monomer leaking, items missing and incorrect colours sent.
I’ve messaged again but I have no hope this will be resolved quickly or efficiently.

Do not buy from this company! I purchased an item & 5 days later they tell me they havent got it in stock, im trying to call the number & it keeps either cutting me off or telling me ive dialed an in correct number…. Its been two day now iv tried emailing and the live chat isnt working either! So what now??? Poor company standards! All i want is my money back.

This company is a SCAM. I returned lots of items back to them and they received it more than a week ago, as I paid for tracking. i have been completely ignored and no one is responding to my emails. What is GOING ON?!?!

Can't get anyone to respond to emails. Ordered over a week ago. Still haven't sent my items. Customer service is a joke. Great product. Sadly won't be ordering feom them ever again.
Update 02-10-2025 I do still order from them. Shipping takes forever!!! Still. But hands down some of the best products I've ever tried. Hands down.

1st order went fine with them.
Placed an order to replenish products and paid for next day delivery. This was over a week ago, according to DPD they havent received a parcel but NAio Nails have happily taken the money out my account for the order. I have emailed several times and tried online chat but no one answers! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Oh and the contact number displayed for them DOES NOT EXIST!

"Ordered in February"
Ordered in February. Still have not received order. I have message 3 times this month. I received one response saying they would look in to it, but have been ignored since. Also, it's like my account has been wiped. There's not evidence of me ever having placed any orders after using this company for years. I still have the email proving I ordered, but no evidence on my account. Will be finding a new supplier.

Ordered my acrylic kit for next day delivery almost 3 weeks ago, the order has not been sent out. I’ve tried numerous times to contact them via Facebook, email, instagram and live chat but I keep being ignored and the live chat does not work. I have asked for a refund but have not received a reply. Very disappointing.

"Not "HEMA free" as falsely advertised."
I purchased the Mega Gloss Top Coat under the impression that it was "HEMA free" as specifically stated on their website. As a nail technician, this is something I always look out for in products, however, when my client had an allergic reaction, I checked the list of ingredients on the bottle of "HEMA" was first on the list. I was absolutely mortified! I contacted Naio Nails straight away and let them know. I was greeted with "it was a labelling error, none of our products contain HEMA". I wanted to raise a return after my client had reacted to it, I don't want to continue using this product so that's what I said. Leah said that they could raise a return but customers are responsible for the return costs. I don't think Leah is being very understanding or empathetic to the impact of this situation. I have therefore reported Naio Nails for false advertising which shows the "hema free" statement on their website and the bottle in my hand with "hema" on the ingredients list.
