Took slightly longer than I would have liked to receive offer, although was not a totally straightforward case. More information and explanations were required on several occasions after submitting further documentation.

The whole process was good except the valuation fee. It feels like lenders are ripping people off who are already in a difficult position by charging £350 to establish that the house is worth what it is. This case was 17% LTV so even more upsetting.
