I was referred to Pepper Money by my Mortgage Broker to help me secure a mortgage as a first time buyer. Having had a bad experience with another lender initially, my patience was low and I was very skeptical but I was so wrong to worry.
Pepper Money were fabulous. They were straightforward about asking for essential documents and very quick on their turnaround times. From the first time they saw my name to the point I was offered a mortgage was a mere 2 weeks (in comparison to the almost 3 months I was stuck with the other unhelpful lender). Jim called me to go through everything and was so kind and helpful, he reassured me so much and I went into last weekend a very happy customer with a shiny new mortgage offer.

This ‘lender’ operates as a loan shark. Extortionate (10.5%) mortgage rates and they refuse to help if you need it. No humanity whatsoever. Despite contacting them, they never respond or acknowledge anything. Untrained staff give incorrect information.
Avoid like the plague.
