I recently submitted an application to Pepper Money for the first time in over three years. Honestly, I was expecting the process to be slow and challenging, especially given the complexity of the case. To my surprise, the experience was incredibly smooth — the case was agreed upon in what felt like a day (approximately 2–3 working days), and the valuation was completed with the offer issued within a week of submission.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Alex Goldsmith, the underwriter on the case. She went above and beyond and was truly outstanding throughout. Her communication was seamless, and she was quick to pick up the phone to resolve issues — including a valuation hiccup that nearly gave me a heart attack!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pepper Money, particularly Alex. She’s an absolute asset to the team.
