Then the process has been really good, one underwriter that picks up the phone, really good consitency and continuity for me and my clients. The case was difficult with income, residency and all sorts of complications, but pepper money is understanding , helpful and really go the extra mile for its broker partners and their prospective clients. All within a decent sla and timeframe too. Very good service and it shows with happy brokers and clients.
