Got 2 of the details for credit cards wrong and took a while to rectify this. Even though I kept advising them they were wrong. Fees are high, and didn’t explain to me it was a second mortgage only knew this after the money was released which didn’t come to me as a normal loan would instead they did the payments so I didn’t be time to pull out of this extortionate payback scheme
