Like others, took a bit of a risk buying a sofa untried and untested, but pleased I did. It’s stylish and comfortable and has exceeded expectations. Very pleased with the grey linen fabric. It needs some cushions to pep it up a bit, but I knew that when I bought it.

Smart, stylish, comfortable, good value for money.

Delivery was on time and good comms in advance, although experience on the day was a bit of a rush job.

First time ordering furniture without seeing it except for a sample of fabric and have been very happy with everything. I ordered over the phone and spoke to a very nice guy who was really helpful. Arranged a delivery date to suit us and was kept up to date about the order and delivery time. The sofa and chair are Baltimore in champagne colour. Seats are firm which is ok for us but maybe not everyone but good quality and seems well made. So far all good and would recommend.

The process from start to finish was excellent. I'm always sceptical about ordering without seeing, but I was so happy with my purchase of table and chairs. Easy to assemble i did it myself, quality was excellent and value for money. I would definitely recommend Furniture and Choise and would definitely use again.

Efficient service and quick delivery. Good communication and a 2 hr time slot the night before the delivery. I ordered the last 2 burnt orange velvet chairs with chrome cantilever legs. I only wish they were being restocked as I would order more. Lovely look and good quality chairs. So pleased with them.

Sofa looks great and is comfy. Downside was delivery, had to chase to see when it was going to be delivered was told due to area it was passed to a 3rd party courier and we would be contacted to advise of date and approx time. This never happened, and got a call from an unknown mobile number 6 days later saying the van was 10 mins away. Good job someone was in, boxes dumped in room of choice and they just left, shrugging their shoulders when we said we were told we would receive a call to advise if date, ETA.
