Excellent service, good communication about delivery times, the driver even rang when they were 20 minutes away. Lovely tabl, good quality, very sturdy and easy to assemble by myself. Would by from them again.

I purchased a sofa and reported an issue with the armrests within a week or so after it being delivered. I was told they would need a technician to come out to assess the sofas and I had to wait for a whole month as that was the next available and when the technician did come out I reported the seats on the sofas have developed a dip in them and was advised he will report it back to the company. All I got a few days later was an email to say technician said there was no manufacturing fault and have closed the case. When I replied to say I was unhappy with this and asking what other option I have I was told there was no further action to it. I would never purchase from here again if I knew they would do this I would of asked for a refund and return the sofas but feels like they did this was done intentionally so by making me wait for a month I would be outside the return period and I won’t be able to do anything and now I’m just stuck with sofas I don’t like!

The after care was also very good. I had a small issue with one of the chairs and the customer service team went above and beyond.

I recommend this company and will definitely buy from them again 🙂
