Service from start to finish cannot be faulted. Kept up to date every step of the way.
Good quality sofas. A little firmer than we’ve had previously, but I think we’ll get used to them easily. I would have scored 5 stars, but feel the arms should have been stuffed better. They are quite low, and I feel they will flatten quickly. I’ve had a quick look but I don’t see how this can be rectified after manufacture. Time will tell.
