"terrible choice"

I recently rented a room through the agency (accommodationlondon.net). At first they all seem friendly and approachable and willing to help you. And you are happy for those who have just arrived in the city, you do not see bureaucracy in the contract, it seems perfect location / price.

The first week you see the hole that you went. The mattresses are miserable, I had to buy mine to be a more decent thing.
The common areas of the house are not cleaned for three weeks and they don't want to know. Now what interests them is the payments on time.

I often send emails to the agency to report defects in the house and material that does not work, it seems more that I work for the agency.
