"Green Motion Milan Bergamo staff swearing at customers, trying to claim for damages not being done!"

The service from Green Motion has been very poor and unacceptable.

Lady at the collection desk didn't speak english and started to shout and swear at me (continuously using word CAZZO) that the car is scratched after being cleaned.

It was returned in the same stage as collected, I have refused to sign return form when false accusation written in the Italian language!
Luckily I have purchased additional protection insurance.

AWOID this company as they will SCAM YOU and claim for damages which you haven't done!
