Shit tool only allows you to export ONCE per drawing. Everything is hidden behind a paywall, use Google drawings instead this shit is not worth it. Google Drawings has vectorized graphics for free as well...

"Cancelling a paid subscription HEADACHE"
I paid for a premium account as I needed to create a few documents. However after a few months I was no longer using it to create document so I wrote the company (you cannot do it from your account or call anyone) to cancel. They did not get back to me after A WEEK, so I wrote them again to request.
I was very disappointed in their email back to me. 5.2 of their Terms of Service says: Cancelling a Paid Account will automatically convert it to a Non-Paid Account with the requisite features and capabilities.
However their email to me in relation to my cancellation request stated: May I ask if there is anything I could do to help you instead? Because, by cancelling your subscription, all the workspaces and account data along with the account will be erased from the Creately Server and we will no longer be able to retrieve them.
Along with the account.... This is a bitter and extreme response to someone wanting to cancel a subscription.
5.4. of their Terms of service say: Downgrading your Services from a Premium Service to a Public Service may cause the loss of your User Material and other content, access to features, or capacity of your account. Cinergix does not accept any liability for such loss.
They should absolutely take liability for this loss as they specifically are telling me in that email they will delete everything. It's not a "may cause loss" thing. They have made a fraudulent statement then in 5.4 because they intend to delete everything. This is not stated.
And it went on to say that they were not cancelling my account, rather: However, to offer you a better service, I have scheduled your account to pause on the 29th of July 2024, which is the end of this term. Once paused, your account will be paused for 3 months and will be reactivated automatically.
I did not ask for them to go ahead and pause my account. They could have suggested this, but going ahead and scheduling that without my permission is also fraudulent especially because they stated I need again to request to cancel. (they said: Once paused, your account will be paused for 3 months and will be reactivated automatically unless cancelled or resumed during the paused term.)
Their 5.2 Terms of Service do not state this is the normal way to proceed and that I need to request twice. It says that I can request to cancel, they will confirm my request and 24 hours afterwards the subscription will be cancelled. This is not what happened. They are making me request twice or it will be paused and reactivated.
The emails undertone got a bit pissing after that stating: But if you insist on cancelling your subscription instead of pausing, kindly reply to this email from the registered email ******** with the consent and reason to unsubscribe.
If I insist? Isn't this what I wrote and said in the first place. And why the hell am I required to give a reason for wanting to unsubscribe??? As "consent and reason" were bolded.
There are a lot of services out there. This company by their response (in essence: if you stop paying we will screw you and you lose everything and your account will be deleted) to me, has screwed any chance of me re-subscribing if I needed their services in the future and as such I do not recommend anyone subscribe to their services.
