Back in Feb 2020 I went ahead with installing air conditioning from this company and initially did a positive review shortly after.
I had no idea that I would end up working from home from March and I must admit that having the air-con unit in my my flat has made a huge difference during the warm weather.
I haven’t noticed any big difference in terms of electricity bills either.
The way things are going I’ll probably continue doing a lot more work from home and having this unit will make the warmer months much more comfortable. It has been worth the money.

I rarely take the time write reviews if I’m honest, but in the case of Cool You UK, definitely going to take the time. I had a fairly extensive domestic water cooled air con system installed by them during June 2020.
This type of thing is a big investment and you really have to trust the supplier given the expense and the potential risks of letting people loose on your electrical and plumbing systems.
Thé advice they gave was spot on about the install, the job was v neatly executed and the aftercare is second to none. I had a small niggle relating to a quirk of my building’s water system and they actually had a engineer standing in my hallway the same afternoon.

The system itself works extremely well.
You may get cheaper quotes for the install, but you really do get what you pay for.

The engineer who came to service the air con unit arrived promptly and complied fully with PPE requirements. He worked quietly and courteously and it was a pleasure to know that the unit was all set up for another year of cooling my very hot flat. When I move away next year, I will certainly be contacting Cool You to install air con in my next flat.

I live in a flat that gets a lot of light/heat during the day, and was looking for an air con solution that didn't require any exterior units. Had everything installed recently and it's been working great so far! after a video call to discuss, we arranged a date and work started at 8am and was completed just a few hours later, very quick and no fuss! Everything was tucked away in the utility cupboard too, which made for a clean install. Overall very happy!

Our London flat gets extremely hot in Summer (and Spring). We went for Cool You despite them being a fairly expensive solution. I can say with certainty that it's been money well spent and it's been a live-saver during lockdown. The installation was professional and quick and when we had slight teething issues, I was given access to an engineer within 24hours until a solution was found.

Savva and the team are doing a sterling job and if you're hesitating about buying a unit, don't! You will not regret it.
