An excellent product and customer service. From the initial inquiry, through to the installation and ongoing maintenance visits I can't fault anything.
The addition of AC in my very hot apartment in London in 2018 has been a godsend and one of the best investments I've made.

During the 1st consultation Savva didn't try to oversell me more units than I needed i.e a second unit in my bedroom as he explained the air flow from my lounge would help the bedroom temperature and it certainly does. I really appreciated this. He is very knowledgeable & inspires confidence in the company.

The installation team - Alec and his father were such hard workers & even found a spot to install the condenser unit so I didn't lose any cupboard space which I thought I would have to. And they did an excellent job to very high specs & left my flat very tidy. I couldn't fault them.

Jake carried out my last maintenance visit in a very friendly, safe and professional way. Answered any queries I had & again inspired confidence.

I would highly recommend Cool You to anyone that needs a discreet, quiet + very good air con unit with added excellent customer service. You won't regret it!

Despite Savva explaining that this wouldn’t be the system for us (and actually doing himself out of the sale by helping us) he was so helpful and a fountain of knowledge. I have a flat which is so well insulated that in two years of ownership I have needed heating on for about 4 days - my heating bills are basically zero. The corollary however is that in summer the heat reaches uncomfortable levels for long periods and traffic noise makes opening windows almost intolerable, as well as not being very effective.

Cool You seemed the perfect solution, though admittedly very expensive. As someone naturally cautious and sceptical I wondered whether it was even possible to install the system in my 60's flat, and whether the website claims could possibly be true. In short: it was and they were.

Savva, who does the initial site visit, is someone who inspires confidence, makes accurate assessments rather than attempting to push a sale, and understands that people do not want installation to involve exposed pipework and lots of making good. The Cool You installation team found a seemingly miraculous way to hide everything completely, and installed the whole system in about 5 hours for a single room unit, leaving the place spotless.

As promised the condenser (in a kitchen cupboard in my case) is extraordinarily quiet. I'm sensitive to noise but found it makes less noise than my wine cooler when in operation. I roughly measured water usage while on and worked out it would probably cost about 12p per hour, a very reasonable cost.

While I have yet to test the performance of the system in really hot conditions, having real air conditioning available at a click has transformed my expectations of living here in summer. I am really happy with the company, the system, and the installation. I'd recommend them to anybody.
