After a lot of research into different options, and surveys and quotes from other companies, we chose CoolYou to instal our air conditioning.
We did not want to ruin the visual appearance of the outside of our house with disfiguring wires and pipes running down the walls, and a large and noisy condenser taking up space in our garden. Thus CoolYou's totally internal system met our needs, together with their excellent TrustPilot ratings.
Their survey was factual and unbiased. Quote provided very clear, and the firm was very responsive to any additional queries we had prior to going ahead.
The installation team were amazing. Very hard working and skilled and they found placements and routings for the equipment that caused very little disruption and absolutely no need to redecorate.
Any follow up queries we have had with the firm to clarify optimal usage of the system have been answered speedily and kindly.
ALL the staff we have dealt with at CoolYou have been professional; responsive; straightforward; kind and helpful. They really are an exceptional firm and live up to their ratings.
Only wish all firms I have to deal with were like this one!
