The installation was completed with little or no disruption in a matter of hours and just in time to protect us from the continuing heatwave. This is one of the best decisions that we have made. I have just had 2 Air Conditioning units fitted in my home, and I have to say that I am totally impressed with CoolYou as a company. Not only is the finish product second to none, but from start to finish the team were absolutely amazing, starting with the initial first contact, visiting to do the survey, to the installation at the end. I was kept informed of the progress throughout the entire period, which not many companies provide these days. They really did go above and beyond!

I use to dread the summers because I just don’t do well when it is hot, but now all I can say is ‘bring on the summer. An added bonus is that the system also heats in the winter, so it really is a ‘win win ‘situation.

Fantastic communication. Rapid installation. And the team were amazing - the bespoke solution was so much better (more hidden) than I had imagined would be possible.
Not cheap but the costs are transparent, and nobody ever tried to upsell us. Has made our flat so much more enjoyable to be in this summer and I would absolutely get it again if we moved.

Cool You were great. Communication with the office was fast, friendly and efficient. The guy who came round to do a site survey was lovely, as were the guys who fitted the air con. The whole thing was totally hassle free and I now no longer feel like I live in an oven! Highly recommend this company.

Maintenance visit. Really great engineer, very polite, bubbly and cheerful, brightened up the whole building with his positive attitude. Very respectful of premises and staff here. Company as a whole reliable and do what they say they are going to. Can be rare these days from other suppliers.
