I found this company on line and realised that they had a fairly unique product that would be applicable to my London apartment. From the initial contact to the point of completion of every aspect from the survey to handover was managed efficiently and professionally.
The surveyor Jake was particularly helpful and adaptable to my time frames.

Good, professional service from beginning to end. Clear communications, extremely tidy work. I had one unit installed in a south-facing kitchen that had reached 32 degrees on many summer days. The coolant system does what it is meant to do and I'm wondering why I didn't get it earlier as I'm now enjoying a 30 percent reduction on that temperature!

Five star service is becoming more and more difficult to find these days. So when an experience comes along like the one I have just had with Cool You, it really stands out. I cannot recommend them enough. From the first interaction, all the way through to them sorting out a snag very quickly and efficiently afterwards, their service levels and response times have been stellar! They have responded to my emails after hours and on weekends (particular thanks to Elisha and Jake for this!).

Then, aside from the service provided, the airconditioning solution has been amazing. I live in a south facing flat in central London that gets extremely hot in summer. At worst, it can exceed 30C indoors at 9pm in the evening. Each summer was getting worse. I went for the middle sized unit that has drastically helped to cool the flat down and as a result, I am no longer dreading summer in the way I was before.

The fitting of the unit was done swiftly and very neatly. I could not be happier.

Cool You are not a cheap solution, but given the service I have experienced, it somehow takes away the sting of the price.

I am a delighted customer and can only recommend them to anyone else looking.

I’ve had the unit for a week now and I don’t know how I’ve gone so long without it. Air con at your finger tips whenever you need it and takes only a few minutes before you feel the benefits and what once was a major issue in my standard of living of intense heat in my flat now is a distant memory. Already thinking of an additional unit in the flat and knowing it’s a luxury feature to have in your apartment will only increase the value of the property. Makes it more attractive considering the crazy summers we’ll all know we will have with global warming!
