I was impressed with the whole process from my initial enquiry, through a helpful visit from Jake and then the actual installation. All communications have been easy and helpful. There was a minor plumbing issue during the installation but this was swiftly rectified within a few days. The system has been installed very discreetly by a friendly team. I have not yet used the air con as it has not been warm enough but am looking forward to a cool bedroom this summer.

The resulting air conditioning system is really effective, and the fully internal setup is ideal for a flat in a block. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience from start to finish. From the quoting to installation, everything was smooth, efficient, clear. The very friendly and very funny engineers who came to install my system have even fixed my cupboard door, which was kind of jammed for a year. They just did it because they noticed it was off. Anyway, aircon is working perfectly. Happy to highly recommend this company.

Every part of the AC installation process was a great process - from pre-sales, home survey by Engineer (Jake), payment handling to installation. Very rarely does one come across a company that excels in re-assuring the customer that they are in great hands. Cool You is one of them.
