They state what is included and what is not.

Pricing is based on 3 payments - fair enough.

They said the water 'machine' would be the size of a small suitcase. I guess we should have asked for specifics because the definition of 'small' is relative and it was not small. We had the space but would suggest to ask specifically how large and how much space is required.

Called 3 other companies and none of them said they would do it because AC in flats is a specialised machinery.

Have used it alread given the heat wave (Jun 20-27 2024) and it works very well. We have 2 installed - 1 in the main room and 1 in the bedroom.

Still need to play around with the controls some more (one of the ACs is in C and the other in F) and also play with the timings.

They have a maintenance contract - which is expensive but we can't afford for the machine to not work either which will be more expensive.

Great installation, and has made such a difference to my day (it's in a loft space with velux windows and french doors, and insulation not great so it gets sweltering even on a mildly warm day). Jake was great with the initial consult, really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They found solutions to all the various challenges and I'm really happy with the result, it's quiet, quickly cools the room and it's been tucked away in the eaves with just a grille showing, so no unsightly boxes! They cleared up after the install and all the install guys were very helpful and knowledgeable too. Only one thing could have been better, the grille wasn't ready on the final install day and that took 10 days to arrive and be fitted as it was a custom size, so I had it covered with a piece of mesh I had to prevent my cat from investigating the holes! But all in all, very happy with the result and would definitely recommend.

CoolYou definitely have a lot of experience in what they do and they do it well. They managed to retrofit new units without zero plastering/decoration work needed.
