Perfect experience from start to finish. From the moment of receiving my quote, to the second the installation crew left my apartment, everything went smoothly. During the home visit, they informed me about the installation and gave me an installation date mid May. I explained that I would appreciate it if something opened up earlier and a week later they called me to say that a slot opened up for the 21st of February. They sent their team in my apartment and they did a very meticulous job, leaving everything spotless afterwards. Really looking forward to the summer! Highly recommended!

"Cool UK Internal condenser air conditioning"

Have had 2 units from Cool UK for several years (one in bedroom and one in living room) and I am so pleased with their performance. It wasn't possible to have external units due to building type. The internal water cooled condenser is quiet and takes up barely any space in the coat closet. At night, the bedroom unit cools extremely effectively at its lowest setting and is virtually silent. The fit out was completed in a morning, with minimal disruption and the team cleaned up after themselves on completion leaving no mess. Delighted to recommend them.

Just had a second unit put in to the living room, because of the rising summer temps. My initial query resulted in a site visit from the boss the very next day. Installation took place this week, the engineers were very polite, tidy and efficient.
The communication from Cool You is always really clear, they always do exactly what they say they're going to, and exactly when arranged. It's a stress free transaction and that really mattered to me. I could not recommend this company highly enough.

So happy with Cool You UK, which we had installed a few years ago now. We only use the air conditioning units for a few months a year, but it is really worth the money for a good night's sleep in such terrible heat. The maintenance team comes once a year to clean the filters and check everything is running smoothly and they are so friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Cool You UK!
