A very personalised approach with full explanation and no hard sell. They also make themselves speedily available for queries and changes of mind both before and post installation. The installation was really efficient and no mess. The post installation service really builds confidence. I've yet to make full use of the a.c. as we have now hit autumn, but I'm very pleased so far. It's nice to be dealing with a company that seems to care about its Customers
