Had the full experience. The item I wanted sold out at some point, but their website said to contact them if an item wasn't available so I did that. They put another 1 back up. I like how their items show how many items they have in stock so there isn't a big surprise if something goes out of stock.

There's a few day delay between placing the order, waiting for them to get shipment cost and emailing back prices, then paying again for the shipment cost, then waiting 3 more days and then shipping.. but the actual shipping part was some of the fastest I've seen from a Japanese located store. If they could clean that delay up a little bit, they'd be the best place to shop for sure.

Communication was plentiful. I was happy with the packaging and the item itself turned out great. I can't wait to buy from them again.
