"Unpleasant experience"

Poor experience, staff were not helpful. One salesman named Mohammed not being informative about the car yet being so interested explaining the extras to purchase. To have incentives maybe. Peace of Mind Pack is waste of money don’t allow them to add this to your final bill. You are paying them extra for something that its included, which is processing all the paperworks. Walk away insurance was a waste. If you are not going to ask they are not processing it. Car keys one has no battery, second one is completely broken. plate number coming off from the car. And lastly no drinks has been offered to me yet everyone else has been. Don’t do business with them!

"Manny is the man!"

Manny is the man! He was our salesperson today. He showed us around the car and was very informative about any questions. He gave us details about all the processes of buying the car, guarantees, optional extras with reasonable prices. He was very social and jolly to speak with and had great banter. Definitely the salesman you want whilst making a bug purchase as we did today. Thanks manny!

"I usually do not write bad reviews but…"

I usually do not write bad reviews but unfortunately my experience has been awful; it is coming up to a month now that i bought car with V12 Hickley; my car was missing a few things including load cover; they said they will send it to me; I have not received anything yet; second key does not work or have not been initialise; i have been requesting vehicle activation code; despite numerous calls and emails, i have not heard anything back; they said it has been escalated to manager at the branch but that was over 2 weeks ago and I still have had no response at all; it is very disappointing and frustrating

"I bought a car from an AA approved…"

I bought a car from an AA approved dealer, V12 Sports and Classics, I thought all would run smoothly being AA aproved. Oh how wrong I was!
Alex the dealer, from V12 Sports and Classics was pushy in selling aftercare products, they removed floor mats from all cars tried to sell their £300 mats, and sold a car to me with two remotes one of which was faulty (told by the manager of the Stoke-On-Tent branch "you got two keys, we never said the fob was working the key is inside the fob!"
I could get a response from the company, once they had all the money they could get out of you they dusted off their hands, refusing to take my calls by leaving you on hold, and didn't answer emails.
I called AA and explained what happened, and the response was amazing.
Every day Verity from the AA would call me up to confirm the actions she had taken and what she was doing going forward to get my money back from the mis-sold products and getting the faulty key repaired.
Her help was nothing but exceptional, she got my money and an agreement to pay for the repair of the key.
In conjunction with Verity's help, I also took out a claim back form from my credit card company and reported the dealer to the police fraud team.
I would advise anyone using V12 Sports and Classics not to, but if you do, pay as much as possible on a credit card, you can use section 75 to claim back form for any repair bills if they refuse (keep all emails and screen shot your messages on V12 Sports and Classics on their aftercare page as you don't get a receipt or copy of the message sent, this is needed as proof when you make a claim back).
I got my key repaired at the most amazing dealer in Hemel Hempstead, they showed me how a good car dealer acts.
I made a terrible mistake trying to save a few pounds on the cost of a car.
As the saying goes - you get what you pay for.
