I recently bought my Tesla from V12 Sports & Classics, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt confident and well-informed throughout the process. I drove away with a brilliant car that I absolutely love.
What really stood out was the after-sales support — I needed to get in touch with their team, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy.
Highly recommend V12 to anyone looking for great cars and great service!

"Very poor vehicle preparation "
Can’t fault the salesman, the problem is mechanical vehicle preparation or lack of - collected my car there was no oil showing on the dip stick so I asked them to top it up and even a simple thing like the washer fluid was not checked and was empty- the brakes are at the minimum but they change the front ones - my advice is to take someone who knows about cars and what to check

"Absolutely no aftersales support - ignoring all emails and calls"
A mediocre experience turned awful dealing with V12.
Most of the 5 star review on here are because they ask you to give a review whilst you wait for them to complete the paperwork - you review at the peak of your experience before it all goes downhill.
The salesman barely knew what the car did went we went to view it - I had to show him how to open the boot! Tries to sell you all the extras and doesn't even know what he's selling in the first place.
Within the first 24 hours I have noticed issues with the car - The salesmen said I'd have his email in the pack, but who is surprised, no email!
Try calling the customer services line which reports to me that it isn't open at this time (at 3pm on a Friday? the line told me "Sorry, call back between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday" stupid!) So I call the same line again but click the button for sales rather than aftersales. Unsurprisingly I get through instantly. I start to explain my issue, and she says she'll transfer me to the aftersales department, before the phone line hangs up. Call back a third time and just ask for the email of the salesmen, which he does give me.
Am yet to see a reply to that email 3 weeks later...
I have tried emailing the customer support line, who replied after a week asking for my number plate, who have since not replied at all, even though I replied to that message 10 minutes after it arrived!
They will be your absolute best friends until you are out the door and then they will blank you with any slight issue you have. After a closer inspection the AA report they gave me does not match in all the areas they say they inspected!
Scam artists disguised as a business. Avoid like the plague.

"Don’t waste your money…"
The ‘gold’ warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Due to the age and mileage I was dubious about buying the car as there was no evidence of the clutch being changed. I was shown warranty paperwork to say that the clutch and flywheel is covered. However, I wasn’t shown that parts aren’t covered due to “wear and tear and where a part is worn out” (see attached photo). This, very neatly, gets the warranty company out of nearly all liability for any repairs.
In short, I’ve been duped. The AA check is not completed properly. The positive reviews are pushed at handover, before the customer drives away. The after sales care is non existent. Once this company has your money, they don’t care. I know this as I used to work for V12 and should have known better than buying a car off them.

Do not buy any vehicle from this place!! I’ve had nothing but fault after fault with the BMW X1 I bought from them and they have ignored every email I’ve sent them! Now I’m stuck with a dead paperweight!

"6 days life from a used car."
So far a nightmare, had the car less than a week and the engine warning light is on, with a mechanic advising me not to drive the car. Now I have to wait two days for a “trusted” garage to get the car and inspect it, all while I am left unable to get to work. Having an hour on hold every time I want to speak to someone about it is the icing on the cake. So far V12 are refusing to take any responsibility, which has been very disappointing.

Daniel and Josh were very friendly, helpful and patient when it came to buying our car at the Hinckley branch over the weekend. The whole process was easy and smooth from the first test drive to completint payment and paperwork.
