Terrible aftersales service.
They will add on all sorts of extras to the price and say its 'admin fees'. The peace of mind pack is supposed to include a whole lot more than what I recieved and I'm still waiting on a reimbursement for everything I paid for and didn't get.
No-one wants to talk to you though after you've left the sales office.

Jamie who was my sales executive was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided me with a great deal of insight about the car i was about to buy. The facility was also very catering for my little girl who was less than settled whilst buying the car.

My partner bought a car from here in late October 2024. She was sold a good solid car that needed no word doing. However when looking through the paperwork she discovered it needed the cambelt doing, and this was stated the year before in September 2023. It took us 3 months for this dealership to deal with this and pay for the work to be carried out. Since then she has spent £700 on a new turbo as that was about to blow as well as a severe oil leak, and she’s just been handed a £900 bill for a new catalytic converter as that’s on the verge of blowing. The service is absolutely disgusting, I have emailed their after sales department regarding the further issues and expect a prompt response and resolution.

My experience with V12S&C started after I’d been to various motor supermarkets and I’d spotted a couple of vehicles I was interested in.

I called their office to enquire and felt a contrasting at-ease, informative and no-rush approach. This then led me to place the £99 reservation on both vehicles to reserve for viewing as I was travelling a distance.

Upon arrival to V12 Worksop branch I was greeted at the door by Jamie and then I was able to take my time viewing both cars. I then made a decision and started the part I hate the most, the haggle. To be fair it wasn’t that bad and even my wife was involved over the phone which Jamie was very patient with 🙂

I got a reasonable price for my part exchange and the vehicle I purchased was presented really nicely.

I would like to thank Jamie for the sale. Very knowledgeable and I got a sense of genuine from him, which I guess makes him a great sales person. A really nice chap with a passion for cars and his work.

Also Mia handled the handover process and that was quick and painless. I was soon driving off in my new car.

I’d highly recommend. I’ve read the 1star reviews and I didn’t have any of that experience at all at Worksop branch.

I can’t comment on after sales as I’ve not had a need to use them as yet but I’m sure I’d be looked after.
