I am delighted to visit V12 sports and classics and purchased a car .i was very impressed by service offered .

"Awful aftersales"

I purchased a car from v12 on the 29th September. I contacted them within the first week to say I was hearing a rattling when accelerating and the breaks were not right. I had no response at all after numerous phone calls and emails not even a call back. I ended up taking my car to someone to see what the rattle was to find it needs a whole new gear box and oil has been pouring out for a long time. Also both shocks leaking too. Everytime I contacted aftersales it would take over a hour to get hold of them then the phone would cut off. Finally I got hold of a man named Oliver in aftersales who I thought I was getting somewhere with him. He asked for me to send a quote and diagnosis of the car so that if it could be resolved nearer to home they would do this. I have emailed them this 3 times no response I have phoned numerous times no response at ALL. ABSOLUTE DISCRACE. Am now going to have to take this further. Be aware of this company for not helping or coming back to yourselves. After spending 26,000 on a car that's broken I would advise to not buy from this company at all!!
