"I do not recommend the company to…"

I do not recommend the company to anyone, it has no commitment to the customer!! It only cares about selling. They took my deposit and it's been 1 month and they haven't refunded me when we call them and they say it will be done in 3 days, and there's no refund!!! Disappointing

"AVOID AVOID AVOID "

Avoid this company at all costs after I paid a deposit for a car they still managed to sell the car to somebody else, I did book a collection and they didn’t even know they sold the car I paid a deposit to someone else, completely disappointed with everything!!!!!

"Aftersales: Initially Frustrating, Eventually Excellent"

Bit of a slog originally, but problems eventually solved.

The good: Tiere Miles was a 5 star employee who helped get everything resolved once my issues landed on her desk. Effective at providing updates and pushed for information, eventually helping me get the much needed approvals for fixes. Completely cleared up my situation. Her help was essential.

Also a shoutout to the general staff attitude, despite the issues I had, the attitude of all the staff was very nice and helpful, always felt like they were trying their best. I was never truly worried, always a good sign.

The bad: It took nearly a month to get in touch with Tiere, and up until that point I was passed around between employees who had no prior context of my issue. I had a hole in my roof which I really needed fixing to avoid rusting. I was sent the wrong part after waiting 2 weeks for it, and when I called to explain the part was wrong, I was told to expect the right one in the next 5 days. 12 days later still no part. Eventually this was resolved via Tiere, but the act of being told one thing, and receiving another, and then not being able to contact the same person again was frustrating.

I think as a company, the best thing to do would be to have someone assigned to your case from the get go. Chasing updates was impossible originally as my emails were being sent to the wider company and not to a specific employee. Once Tiere got in contact and worked alongside me, things were resolved extremely quickly. If this had been the case from the start, this would absolutely be a 5 Star review.

"Bought a right lemon from them"

Bought a right lemon from them, needed all new tyres and senses original had old punctures everywhere and nails still in some, eventually got sorted under 3month warranty but later found out needed 4 sets of brake and discs + rear anti roll bar, and when weather was warmer needed new air con unit, lost nearly £2000 putting the car right, also found masking tape on door hinge so been in an accident. God knows what I will find in the future. Will never use again and suggest you avoid.

"DONT BUY FROM V12 IF YOU VALUE GOOD HONESTY SELLING"

V12 motors are totally shocking their customer service and aftersales team need a lesson in manners and customer service we bought an electric vehicle from them from the start of us picking it up we have had nothing but bad service
We arrived to collect car only to find it was still in compound uncleaned not serviced not even been touched we then had to wait two hours for this matter to be resolved
We then signed the paperwork only then to be given only one key when asking about this we advised the handover team we specifically asked if there was two keys only to be told we'll there's only one and when we asked for a replacement 2nd key we were then advised through messages etc they wouldn't pay for the cost of a 2nd key even though we were advised of this that it would happen.
We bought a gold warranty for 12 months off V12 which bearing in mind was for an EV but just over 6 months down the road the car developed a fault with the charging system. Our local garage rectified this and it seemed ok but it developed the same fault again the car won't charge so this time we went down the route of claiming on the warranty only to be told its not covered as electric cables aren't covered. When we advised them it's not just an electric wire from a stereo its the main component of the car which makes the car recharge and go we were basically advised tough nothing we can do. I advised them its not the electric cable its the charging port thats broke they said sorry go back to the warranty company ( Momentum Warranties) in which we did who in turn advised us its a v12 warranty they modelled their own warranty and underwrote their own policy. So V12 create a policy thats not fit for an ev but yet sell it as though it is. A charging port for an ev is a fundamental part of the car part of the power train that runs the car but because the port is connected via an electric cable to the batteries they won't cover it yet nothing was mentioned to us when we bought the policy we asked if everything was covered and we were told yes we underwrite our own policies and ensure things are covered and this was told to us by the manager of the dealership so a total case of mis selling and fraudulent information to get people to buy cars and policies from them

"Poor poor poor."

Poor poor poor.
We bought an electric car from this place in December 2024. The car was given a clean bill of health, they sold us the extended gold warranty but added it free. One week later we had numerous issues with the car. Warning lights appeared so we contacted the warranty and after a 45 minute wait they finally answered. I explained the problem and they said the warranty didn't cover the electric issues fault. They said this should have been explained at the point of sale. I said it wasn't, V12 actually said any fault would be covered. So we approached a garage to have it fixed costing us over £500. We also found that the DAB radio didn't work because the car was sold without an antenna. We wrote a letter of complaint and asked V12 to cover the cost of repair. 8 weeks later with no response we wrote again. Another couple of weeks have passed and still no response. The next option is to make a financial complaint with the ombudsman to resolve this. V12 are dire. They care nothing about their customers. They are merely in this for financial gain. I seriously recommend avoiding this company at all costs. But if you do visit and are enticed by their shiny sale speak, do not accept any of the extras they offer. It's all crap.

Note.
They have an automatic reply for every negative post. Absolutely shameful company. They do not care one bit about their customers. Avoid.

Highly recommended. Harley is a lovely guy and the communication is great. He gave great advice and very good knowledgeable. Definitely will recommend to our family members and friends to look at this venue. 10/10 impressive.
