"Well where do I begin?!"
Well where do I begin?! I did the 36 month payment plan for an alexsis strike pro and other extras....that was back on October 11th, I waited a couple days and I contacted pro sound through email asking about the shipment day, well they responded promptly and told me the drums were damaged and that, that was the last they had and had to wait for the next shipment to come in, no idea when the shipment would be in. I waited a couple days and sent another email about any idea on the shipment that they would be receiving, they got back and said the 31st of October so I was like cool. I soon after that email got an email from them saying it was shipped via fed x, will be delivered by the end of the day on nov 1st. Well the end of the day came and went and no equipment, checked the delivery status and it changed to pending delivery, I was like what the heck so I sent an email and they responded with the same email your package was damaged!! I was hot! So I called the place and the guy was telling me I could cancel my order or wait till this Wednesday because product was damaged I could barely understand the guy, not his fault but I hung up and left an email with my loan company about this, seems fraudulent to me!!
