They deliver regular leads to us that are of a good quality with frequent responses, leading to viewings and bookings.

"12 Months Later: Not a single booking was secured via Hitched"

I run one of Suffolk’s premier wedding videography companies (The Camera Guys). We are consistently in high demand without the need for any directories. However, with some room in my marketing budget, I decided to give Hitched a try in June 2023.

My experience has been disappointing, and I will not be renewing my subscription.

In the entire 12 months, we didn’t secure a single booking through Hitched. Most leads appeared to be fake. I was initially promised dedicated support, including an account manager to help optimise my profile and client interactions. Unfortunately, after signing up, I was left without any guidance or follow-up until it was time to renew. I was essentially ghosted right up until the point where they needed my money and now I am being hounded in the run up to the end of my contract. This lack of support and the unfulfilled promises made the subscription ineffective and unworthy of further investment.

Beware of Hitched.co.uk!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Hitched.co.uk, and I cannot stress enough how disappointing their service is. After ceasing trading, I reached out to them to close my vendor account, but they outright refused. Despite multiple requests, they insisted on keeping the account active, which feels like a blatant disregard for my wishes and circumstances.

To make matters worse, I strongly suspect that Hitched.co.uk uses fake enquiry bots to generate activity on the platform. The inquiries I received were often suspicious and lacked the detail and authenticity expected from genuine potential clients. This practice is misleading and unethical, giving vendors false hope and wasting precious time.

If you're considering using Hitched.co.uk to promote your business, think twice. Their lack of integrity and respect for vendors' decisions is appalling. Save yourself the headache and look for a more trustworthy platform like Google and add 'near me' in the search term for what you are looking for.

"Our daughter's wonderful wedding day"

We recently went to our daughter's wedding at the Bron Eifion Country House Hotel in Criccieth, North Wales. I could not rate them higher but they deserve 6 stars. Extremely well run, seamless. The ceremony, food and staff were exceptional in a fantastic house and grounds. Well presented, clean rooms with sympathetic design for such a beautiful house. Any bride ( and groom) would be proud to have married there.

I don’t find the search facility that great. I want to look for a live wedding illustrator but unlike some other vendor searches that are already categorised as part of the search facility these aren’t.
