Having a really difficult time trying to speak with someone regarding the removal of a review! No response to emails and this is now withholding a resolution with the wedding venue. I do not understand why your platform does not have the option for users to amend or delete reviews! Please ensure someone contacts me ASAP!

I've had a listing with Hitched for about 6 months now and I cannot recommend enough. Super easy for the couples to get in touch and a great platform for a supplier. Lots of people write reviews to shout about the bad but I think they deserve a review to spread the good. Super helpful if I need any help and I've had lots of bookings. Thank you

Removes negative reviews and found many other cases like myself where they've deleted reviews. I had a photographer be very unprofessional and cancel 2 weeks before my wedding after I questioned why she'd increased the price for an add on service, that she suggested to add on later. I left a review because I wouldn't want other brides let down last minute, plus I didn't feel it was professional to try and increase the price of the add-on a service when we'd already discussed it. Plus I'd paid a deposit on the agreed prices. Despite this, they kept removing my review despite having proof I paid a deposit. emails etc.

So please don't trust any reviews on there, likely any negative ones have been deleted.

We have been using Hitched - free account - as a wedding flower supplier for the last 2 years. You get the occasional call from Hitched to upgrade but no hounding. Nearly all the enquiries we recieve are from real couples as they respond to our questions - unlike some other well known wedding planning apps...

As a wedding photographer, I renewed I think in April this year (done my follow ups) and have to say that since renewal it has been...... FANTASTIC
The turnover value of the bookings taken since renewal has more than covered my ANNUAL REVIEW COST/INVESTMENT in the 4 months.
Don't get me wrong, I have followed everyone up a couple of times,, so hard work has paid off.. but genuinely happy with the results

NB - for all vendors who are thinking of/considering using Hitched.. it works for me.. BUT, you have to put the work in too.. business will not just fall on your plate , you have to follow up, listen to the experts, get advice and tips. Prior to renewal in April, I wasn’t going to renew - but I had to question whether ‘I’ was putting in the work too with quick responses, offers, photos, real wedding.. and I was falling short on my side..

Please all vendors stay away from Hitched. Make sure you are SURE you want a 12 month contract with NO get out clause. They have no morals and are tying people into 12 months and threatening them with legal action if you need to leave. they get you no weddings and really pray on innocent freelancers. BE WARNED
