"Perfect condition fruits and vegetables without plastic"

Excellent value for money & all organic. We ordered the medium fruit/vegetable box and were delighted by the quantity, freshness and diversity. And NO useless, high polluting, single-use plastic packaging. All fruits and vegetables were in perfect condition nonetheless. It should be this way everywhere. Thank you!

"This was a totally frustrating…"

This was a totally frustrating experience. I ordered the organic spinach from Langridge farm, which, in the picture of the website, is small in size and looks tender. What I was delivered were some gigantic spinach leaves, with huge stems which were too tough to be eaten. Most of it went to the bin. The picture of the website is misleading; had I known what the real size of that spinach was, I would never have bought it. I also bought fresh coriander. It was so wet that when I opened the packs the day after the delivery, half of it had already changed colour and was rotten.

As if all the above was not enough, strangely enough, my credit card was charged twice for the same order (I shopped online). When I contacted the company, they were apologetic but told me it is not their fault, the problem is caused by the card company they use. They reassured me they had done all the appropriate actions to rectify the situation. As I am writing, I am still waiting for my refund to appear in my account.

This was my first experience with this company. I will never use them again because they have let me down in all possible ways; therefore they are unreliable.

"Had great expectations but sadly failed"

Hoped this would be a good opportunity to support organic growers by joining in the vegetable box revolution. This company sadly not upto the job.

Ordered a fruit and veg box. Came in quite generous portions but had to throw most of it away in the end. There is nothing to state any of it really is organic or where its sourced from. But in the interests of less packaging etc I'll put that aside.

1: The carrots were like horse carrots, dirty and broken, certainly not edible or fit for human consumption.
2: The eggs never showed up at all!
3: The apples were tough and apparently from south africa. Yet currently we can get british organic apples in sainsburys (albeit out of season now)
3: The bananas were rotten
4: The caulis were small but nice.
And so it went on. there was no email confirmations of order and no surprises at problems, an apology and a refund for the dodgy items.
Far from a pleasant experience and greatly disappointed. Most of the issues really not rocket science. Shame.

"Not impressed with the driver"

Although I was happy with the quality of the fruits and vegetables in my previous orders, my latest order did not turn up on new years eve. Ending up food shopping in the evening as my veggies never been delivered. This experience is really demolished our trust in this company.
Especially my partner did not wanted to continue with them as we have been waiting in agony for 4 days for the office to be open and get some information what happened.
I have been all day at home, so definitely it was a no driver turn up.
Credit to the company : After the incident I have been refunded with the deducted amount.
But my partner expected more from them to "get our loyalty", after this incident and we are happy customers one of the competitor company's now.
