After a bit of miscommunication over incorrect email addresses, and delays due to it being so busy over Christmas, I have found on several occasions now that when you pick up the phone, Pharmazon could not have been more helpful. We had to get a prescription really urgently for my son before he flew back to university in Brussels. Royal Mail let us down, and not only did Pharmazon pull out all the stops to get the prescription to us, with a changed address needed, they were tracking it their end (without being asked) and phoned to check when they too could see that Royal Mail had not delivered in time. It was not their fault and they had gone above and beyond to be helpful.
