The item did not arrive for over two weeks despite repeated attempts to contact the company were either ignored or dealt with dismissively, requesting that I try to contact the delivery company myself, even though I’ve explained there’s no viable way to do so.

"Great if you're a Private Patient"

Pharmazon were fantastic when I was having my prescriptions dispensed as a Private Patient. My medication was aways delivered on time and I never had to chase them, even during shortages.

A few months ago, I moved onto a Shared Care Agreement and the same prescriptions are now issued by my GP instead. I chose to stay with Pharmazon as my nominated pharmacy as they were great but I'm now considering changing to an alternative.

Since I moved onto the SCA, my medication has been delayed nearly every month. I've had to chase several times as I'm often left waiting despite my repeat prescription being approved by my GP a week in advance. There's no longer any communication if there are reasons for these delays and it's becoming quite frustrating.

When I've called and spoken to them, they're really helpful (both Archies are lovely) and they're always able to dispatch my medication the same day so I think it's an admin issue rather than a problem with stock.

I hope they manage to resolve this issue with NHS prescriptions as my experience as a Private Patient was easily worth 5 stars.

After waiting 2 weeks for my prescription to arrive I chased my psychiatrist, who in turn chased Pharmazon, as they hadn’t -acted on his initial request. Leaving my without any meds for 2 weeks

Delivery is quite quick, took around 3 days from dispatch by pharmazon to recieve the order. Never had issues with contents of the package.
