With a big time pressure to get my prescription before going back abroad to University, Archie and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure the prescription was sent out in time. Liaising with my Doctor and keeping consistent contact with me, giving me updates, even such as calling me at 9am on the day of delivery to say they can see it hasn't left the Royal Mail centre near me for delivery and to maybe go and drive there to see if I can pick it up as they closed at 10 (FYI, I had to leave to catch a flight at 10:30am, hence the time crunch) I genuinely could not give a better review or suggest a single improvement to their customer service and dedication. Thank you everyone for helping.
