He was clear, calm and knowledgeable This appears to be a fair and honest company so far. We have only just started. Everything has gone smoothly and web site once I got in was easy to use.

New user to CareLinx, initially it was easy to use. I had a question on hours and how to input, called and left messages with no response. Unfortunately, this led me to not report work hours completed in May until June.

Carelinx does NOT care..ive been trying to contact this company and 97% of the time my calls are never returned. All i wanted was a caregiver hired to help me get to my med appointments and it has been over 4+ months and i am still without help. 4 carelinx advisors were assigned and not one came through for me.it is not almost July and i have had to cancel med appointments because i do not have a caregiver to take me or not even to the grocery store for food. This mess started in Feb and it is July with NO help.

"It all sounds good but in reality….."
I really really wanted to love working for CareLinx because I have worked for a lot of agencies and they take a lot of your money and CareLinx makes it so that you get to take home every bit of the money that you earned. Unfortunately, the app is horrible. It’s not easy to navigate and the job search feature doesn’t produce any results. There’s never anything up there but old postings and the few that are available are always 2 hours a week, maybe you will see one that’s offering 4 hour shifts twice a week. I still applied to EVERY SINGLE JOB POSTING that was listed thinking that I would just have to work for several clients to get enough hours a week. But nope, I was sadly mistaken. What’s worse is that I’ve received a few calls from recruitment about a potential job and I’ll go through the whole process of answering the questions, Having a phone interview, going over the Care plan, etc. each time they say OK great will send you an email or give you a call back for the next steps, never get a call back about those clients but will get a whole different recruiter, calling about a whole different client and going through asking me the same exact questions and going through the whole same exact process that I’ve went through before over and again it’s super frustrating. I haven’t worked in 3 weeks!
