My experience has been awful. I signed my mother up for care (she has Alzheimers and TRS United Health care supplimental insurance) I was assigned a health care advisor who was to call me within 3 days. This was 3 weeks ago. He never called, and never returned my calls when I left messages. I have called and asked for any care advisor, and am left on hold only to leave a message, or be told that no one is available to answer my call.
7/27 I called and someone who took care of my issues. It should not have taken a negative review and countless calls to get something done that is covered by her insurance.
