What I like about carelinx is when I need something I will reach out to y'all and chat, and what I love to do is take care of my patient. And me, as a caregiver provider, I love to see my patient's happy. I love what I do. Even though my app at my location gives me so much trouble, but y'all have been good at taking care of it. From reading reviews and talking to others that have used the service I see I’m not the only one that has not been able to get replies or calls answered. I’m already a member. I’ve tried for days to get through. I’ve even heard from the caregivers that they have problems too. It’s too bad because I really need help. Maybe there are other services that you could refer us to if this company can’t handle the business?
PS Andrew was great the one time I got to talk with him. And the number you’re giving out in the other reviews takes you back to the same Merry go round.

The phone system is hard to do and questions always don't relate to the client your working for. Customer rep. Some times don't answer and are hard to understand.
